This page explains what information tootna keeps, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email, company name and the address you choose (yourcompany.tootna.com).
- Business data you enter — customers, products, invoices, payments and other records. This belongs to your company.
- Technical data — sign-in times, IP address and browser, used to keep accounts secure and to fix problems.
How we use it
- To run the service for your company and show your data only to your users.
- To send account emails such as verification, password resets and notices you switch on.
- To protect the service from abuse and keep it working.
We don't sell your data and we don't use your business records for advertising.
Who can see it
Each company's data is separated at the database level, so other customers can never see it. Our team only looks at your data when you ask for help or when needed to keep the service secure. We use hosting and email providers to run the service; they process data only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. If a trial ends without a subscription or you cancel, your data is deleted after 30 days. Backups roll over and are removed on their normal schedule.
Your choices
- Export your data while your account is active.
- Ask us to correct or delete your account information.
- Turn optional email and message notifications on or off in your settings.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms. No advertising cookies.
